What do
people think of your business?
What do your customers think about your service,
your products, and the look of your physical store, your promotional materials,
and your site? What they are thinking (and saying) and what you don’t know may
be hurting you, your business and your wallet!
Hello my
name is Ter Scott and you are about to know without any doubt exactly what
people are saying good or bad about your business and how you can make small
changes to make bigger profits!
Introducing:
Business Confidential.
I have been
a “secret shopper” for well over 20 years; almost as long as I’ve been in marketing
and sales. Some of my clients include BP, the US Post Office, H&R Block,
restaurants or all kinds, McDonalds, Hardees; I really can’t think of them all.
As a matter of fact, I still do some mystery shopping for some very big
companies (but you’re not supposed to know that; very hush, hush!).
Now, I am
offering Business Confidential to you for your business. It’s my customized
Undercover Secret Investigative “Shopper” Service for your company regardless
the size. Yes, I’ve worked with some big firms but even I know that it’s the
small to medium sized firms that pay my rent. Business Confidential can help you realize
what really is going on inside and outside your company; real or imagined. You
probably heard it said that you may be too close to your company to notice
things and Business Confidential will give you “new eyes”.
As
mentioned, everything is customized because all of my clients seek different
knowledge about the workings of their business. It’s a 5-step process.
1. We’ll meet at a location away from your
business for your first consultation which is a “no cost, no obligation”
meeting, probably at a restaurant near your business (you will buy the coffee
of course).
2. After I find out what you are looking
for, I’ll leave and meet again with you (offsite) to confirm that what I’m
looking for is what you are looking for and then
3. I visit your business and “look” for
the things that you have questions about.
4. I’ll then compile my information and
have another meeting with you to go over the results and even make my recommendations.
5. I will offer other products and
services to aid you in implementing any changes, you may choose to have me do
another project, or you’ll keep my contact information on file and become a
repeat customer as so many others have.
